CNC spark erosion machine ADI800-Ⅱ has a new 6th generation CNC EDM control system, introduced by Beijing DMNC-EDM. The working table of EDM machine ADI800-Ⅱ is fixed, X and Y axis are moving on the column, there is no influence upon X and Y axis when the weight of the workpiece changes, so it can load heavy parts. The performance of CNC EDM ADI800-Ⅱ is competitive to machines produced by top worldwide manufacturers.

 Best surface finish 0.1 μm with high positioning accuracy 

  •  Machine Bed: 

HT250 cast-iron .T-shaped base after three tempering cycles and one-year natural aging; built-in reinforcing ribs prevent table overhang bending for steady-long-term accuracy

  • Control System: 

Equipped new CNC EDM control system with embedded Windows 7 OS and multi axis simultaneous motion function.

It has an expert system with a robust machining‑process database. It auto‑generates modules for different cavity types, selectable per workpiece material.

Special purpose machining circuits: dedicated circuit for cemented carbide, high speed graphite machining circuit, mirror finish machining circuit...

Orbit functions: free orbit, side orbit for deep bottom machining, quadrant orbit, orbit with designated axis lock, custom quadrant zone orbit, and Sphere orbital cutting.
