High precision CNC wire cut EDM machine KD400L has a unique mechanical design and lasted PLC controlled system. The working table of KD400L is fixed, which is different to regular wire cutting EDM machine in the market, X and Y axes are moving at the column side, i.e. column moves, the structure has a better dynamic performance. Latest KCUT wire cut EDM control system with PLC control. X, Y, U, V, Z, and wire drum are all controlled by an AC servo motor. Linear motor for X and Y axis is available as optional. Intelligent servo control wire tension system to keep proper tension of the wire to get better cutting performance.
