1. The main machine is analyzed by finite element method. The Pro‑series adopts an integral T‑type bed. Its low‑wide structure keeps the full table travel within the casting coverage, minimizing component deformation and securing geometric accuracy. The cross‑shaped table eliminates tilt and fluctuation errors during X/Y movement for stable full‑axis travel performance.


2. High‑strength cast iron and well‑arranged reinforcing ribs deliver high rigidity and low thermal deformation for bed and column, enabling high‑precision and high‑speed machining.


3. High‑rigidity single‑column spindle design with counterweight reduces overhang. It ensures stable high accuracy and fast response, supporting fast, steady spindle lifting.


4. The worktable is made of Grade‑00 precision granite. It features good insulation (critical for stable EDM discharge), low thermal sensitivity, high corrosion and wear resistance. It also lowers parasitic capacitance between electrodes for uniform mirror‑finish surface quality.


5. Ergonomically designed EDM power cabinet with internally optimized high‑performance power unit and advanced control loops.
