ADV600 CNC EDM Machine with Automation


ADV series CNC die sinker EDM machine is designed for automation application in EDM machining field, the rise and fall of working table is automatic and program controlled, we utilize a robot to load and unload electrodes and workpieces, it is fully automatic and independent to realize unmanned manufacturing. Standard with optical scales to realize closed-cloop control. The load capacity of robot, electrode and workpiece store station could be customized designed according to different customers’ practical products. Latest Windows 7/ Window 10 platform control system provides abundant various interface for communications, CNC high speed milling machine and CMM can be brought in to perform automatic electrode machining, electrode measurement, EDM discharging machining, final products measurement. As the labor cost keeps increasing, gradually it is also difficult to find experienced and qualified operator, so DMNC provide customers new options to maximize production efficiency and save cost.

AUTO processing function:

Input processing information such as electrode and workpiece materials, processing area, electrode undersize value, and final processing surface roughness. The system automatically calculates processing parameters based on the expert processing technology database and automatically completes the entire process from rough machining to finishing.

Automatic positioning function:

It has the functions of end face positioning, angle positioning, column center positioning, hole center positioning, any three-point circle center positioning, and discharge position alignment positioning.

Online measurement function:

The automatic positioning function can be used to measure and correct the processed workpiece online.

Automatic arc clearing circuit:

During the process of electrical discharge machining, the machining gap status is monitored in real time. When slight short circuit or arcing occurs, arc clearing processing and alarm are performed in a timely manner.

Power off reset function:

The machine tool can memorize the coordinate values of the current coordinate system. When encountering emergencies such as a sudden power cut, the set coordinate points can still be found after restarting.

Manual and programmable control of liquid level

Quick liquid filling and automatic liquid unloading:

The machining fluid can fill the tank within 1 minute and 30 seconds, and the machining fluid can be unloaded within one minute, reducing processing waiting time.

Machining fluid cooling system:

The standard oil chiller can effectively cool down the machining fluid to prevent the workpiece from deformation due to temperature rise and affecting the machining accuracy.

Automatic lubrication system:

The equipment can automatically control the volumetric lubricating oil pump, which can automatically deliver lubricating grease to various lubrication points in a regular and quantitative manner, effectively extending the service life of each component.

Electrical control cabinet:

The fully closed electrical control cabinet can effectively prevent dust from entering, and the built-in air conditioner can effectively reduce the internal temperature of the electrical cabinet, which can greatly improve the service life of each component and the stability of the power supply device.
